Notice Of Tax Arrears
180 – 182 Main Street, Traytown, Newfoundland and Labrador
This is to advise that property situate at 180 – 182 Main Street (formerly known as 48 – 50 Main Street) in the Town of Traytown, Newfoundland and Labrador (the “Property”), is in arrears of municipal taxes imposed thereon by the Town Council of theTown of Traytown (the “Town”) for the tax years of 2014 through to and including 2019.
As of September 30, 2019, the outstanding municipal taxes against the Property totalled $5,700.00 (the “Outstanding Taxes”).
All of the Outstanding Taxes were assessed in the names of Tony Longpre and Cathy Strong.
The Property is liable to be sold by public auction for arrears unless, within 60 days of the date of this Notice, the Outstanding Taxes, plus interest, legal fees and other costs incidental to the arrears, are paid in full.
